Eligibility
Players must be 18 years of age or older and must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. One account per person is permitted.
BDT Accounts
All accounts at vaitaka are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
Account Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. vaitaka uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted on the platform.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Fair Play
All games on vaitaka use independently certified RNG systems. Any attempt to exploit software errors or engage in fraudulent play will result in account suspension.
Terms Updates
vaitaka reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vaitaka ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the vaitaka website at vaitaka.org and all associated sub-pages and services.
By accessing the vaitaka platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player or an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the vaitaka platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
vaitaka provides online casino gaming and sports betting services, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, Dragon and Tiger, Dragon Fortune, cricket betting, and other wagering products. The Platform operates as a single, unified service accessible via a single player account and a single BDT-denominated wallet.
vaitaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time and without prior notice. We further reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, vaitaka will endeavour to notify active players by displaying a notice on the Platform. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Registration
In order to place wagers, access bonus promotions, or make deposits and withdrawals on vaitaka, a Player must hold a registered account. Registration on vaitaka is free of charge. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on vaitaka. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
- Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Players are required to verify their identity upon request by vaitaka. Verification may require the submission of government-issued identification documents. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or restriction of withdrawal rights.
- Account credentials — including username and password — are personal to the Player and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. vaitaka bears no liability for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
- Players must notify vaitaka immediately if they suspect that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Notification should be sent to support@vaitaka.org.
- vaitaka reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Age Restriction
vaitaka is committed to the prevention of underage gambling. We take our responsibility to protect minors seriously and implement age verification procedures as part of our account management process. The following provisions apply:
- All Players must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership on vaitaka.
- By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
- vaitaka may request proof of age at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a material change in a Player's account activity. Acceptable proof of age documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.
- Any Player found to be under 18 at the time of registration will have their account closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned where reasonably practicable.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care do not access the vaitaka Platform. We recommend the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on devices accessible by children.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on vaitaka — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus fund management — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits
- Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available deposit methods are displayed in the Player's account area.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Deposits made in good faith are credited to the Player's account immediately or within the processing time displayed for the selected payment method.
- vaitaka does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be held in the Player's own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
- vaitaka does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which vaitaka bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, vaitaka will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Player's account settings.
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may have withdrawal requests withheld until verification is complete.
- Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 5 business days depending on the selected payment method. vaitaka endeavours to process withdrawals as promptly as possible.
- vaitaka reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where further verification is required.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Refer to the Bonus & Promotions section below for full details.
Bonus & Promotions
vaitaka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
- Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of vaitaka. vaitaka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Each promotional offer is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, time limits, and geographic restrictions — are stated in the individual offer terms.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in a Player's account. Real-money funds are used first when wagering, unless specified otherwise in the offer terms.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless the specific offer terms explicitly permit combination. Using multiple bonuses simultaneously without permission constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- vaitaka reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings if it reasonably believes that a Player has abused a promotional offer, engaged in bonus abuse, or placed bets in a pattern designed to exploit wagering requirements at minimal risk.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is launched.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
User Obligations
By using the vaitaka Platform, each Player agrees to the following obligations. Failure to comply with any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.
- Players must use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, resale, or exploitation of the Platform for commercial gain is prohibited.
- Players must not attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security feature of the Platform, including but not limited to encryption, access controls, and fraud prevention systems.
- Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper, or other mechanical or automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
- Players must not engage in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud other players or the Platform.
- Players must not use the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. vaitaka cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of such activities.
- Players must not make false or misleading statements about vaitaka, its staff, its products, or its services in any public forum, social media platform, or communications channel.
- Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in their location.
Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their vaitaka account at any time by contacting our support team at support@vaitaka.org. The following terms govern account closure, whether initiated by the Player or by vaitaka:
Player-Initiated Closure
- Players who wish to close their account for any reason, including for responsible gaming purposes, should contact support@vaitaka.org with a clear statement of their intention and preferred closure type (temporary suspension or permanent closure).
- Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal terms set out in Section 4.
- Any unused bonus funds at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
- Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their account suspended immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, vaitaka will make reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to the Player.
Platform-Initiated Closure
- vaitaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reasonable cause.
- Where an account is closed by vaitaka due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full.
- Where an account is closed by vaitaka for reasons unrelated to a Player's conduct — for example, due to a decision to cease operations in a particular market — vaitaka will make reasonable efforts to return any verified real-money balance to the Player.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vaitaka's total liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vaitaka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings;
- Loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill;
- Loss of data or corruption of data;
- Any financial loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
- Any failure or interruption of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond vaitaka's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures.
vaitaka does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While vaitaka makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Platform — including odds, game results, and account balances — it does not guarantee that such information will be free from errors or omissions at all times.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vaitaka's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
